It's amazing what it'll do for your breathing. I highly recommend it. I actually have 2 now. I bought a ceramic one in Corvallis at First Alternative Natural Foods (my favorite place in Corvallis).

that is a cool place. I've only been there once but it's nice.

Boberto, I fly into San Antonio Friday at 9:22 pm and back out Sunday at 4:30. We are renting a car and driving to the ranch which is 2 hours from there.

GROSS ALERT, but; highly-recommended.

A co-worker made a suggestion to me yesterday, so today I bought THIS (external link) and used it as soon as I got home. It isn't as gross as it seems nor uncomfortable at all right after using it I felt so much better, could breath, and now I feel other sinuses opening up. I'll let you know how long one treatment lasts. I've actually been wondering if anything like this existed ever since I went snorkeling off Ft. Lauderdale beach and realized how clear my sinuses felt even a couple weeks later.

I don't know... I remember what it felt like when I'd get water in my nose (and ears) when I was diving all the time.

Hey Puddle, is it snowing down your way?

It is here, started when I was in my second to last stop. Fine powdery stuff, streets are covered and the grass is slowly disappearing.

Some pretty pottery ~

Very pretty, Deb. Some look like they were done using primitive firing. I also see a mug there that would suit RRTR

Both TD and Lisa use one. I keep thinking about it, wondering if I want to give it a go.

Becky, this is the best thing ever for breathing. I love my neti pot!.

Well now you all tell me.;) I had no gagging or problems at all. Shortly afterward I could feel the tubes going to my ears begin to clear. I will definetly use it again before going to bed tonight. I'm trying to get Curt to try it, we'll see.

That's just it, the water drains right through and doesn't feel anything like when you get water in your nose from swimming. Well there was a second of that sensation right at first but seriously only lasted 1 second.
