I had to help Frankie with a school project tonight. She is doing a multi-step project on France.
Step one was to prepare a food from her country.
Frankie chose Éclair's. :shock: Sometimes I think the child has a cruel streak.

If you pack them in dry ice, and go with expedited overnight shipping, they should still be fresh and yummy by the time they get here. Thanks.
