My Baby was delivered at 9:30 am today ..I"m so excited somewhat overwhelmed .
She looks great ..a little cold the pets all had a sniff already and seem to accept her so far lol wait till she flashes her stuff at them .
I took a couple shots of her with the rebel need to do a few things before I can post anything ..but knew you all wanted to know ..lol

I hope to put the tree up today, I usually do it much earlier but haven't had the opportunity yet this year. We are getting weather and work will close at 1 so I'll have some time to get things done I hope.

I'm hoping to get some Christmas stuff done today and tomorrow. Maybe finally decorate my tree/house...I don't think I can wait any longer for Pacha to adjust.

columbia sportswear flipflops (my summer wear)

I have to go get my hair done today.

Up until 2 months ago, I'd been with the same stylist for almost 7 years. She never did my hair the way I wanted, we'd spend 15 min. of my 3 1/2 hr. apt. arguing, me thinking I'd won and then she doing it the way she wanted....and she would always make comments that just killed me like "wow, you going gray in your eyebrows...I can't believe how much gray you have in your hair...you remember how skinny you were when you first came to me?" She's Korean and I always gave her the benefit of the doubt (that the rude remarks were just language barrier faux pas) but it still killed me to go. And I hated the arguments...

ANYWAY, 2 months ago, my aunt (after being tired of my complaints about my stylist) drug me off to meet hers. And made my tell her my story. The gal just cut my hair and actually asked what I wanted (quite surprising to me) and then did it. So I booked another apt. for a color and cut...which is today.

But I'm a little sick to my stomach (this is a common occurrence for me on the days when I a stylist over the years)...because she's never colored my hair (although my aunts always looks fantastic).

I only stayed with my stylist all those years because I'd tried several in the area before her and they butchered my hair. I think it was a co-dependent thing (so my daughter says)...she was better than terrible. She actually called me last week and asked me why I cancelled, even though I told her in no uncertain terms last time she did my hair that if she didn't do it the way I wanted, I was finding another stylist...but she didn't believe it I guess, because I've been saying that for a year. Am I weak or what?? I mean, who has a hair stylist phobia (and gets sick when they have to go see one??)

First and foremost, comfort is the name of your game Second, you do not like to be confined or closed in. Also says 'loyal and straightforward'. You know what you like and aren't swayed by 'fad wear'.

I would say that you have reason to be concerned, and don't blame you one bit. Hair is very personal, to have it done incorrectly can seriously affect how one feels about ones self.
I think you made the right decision in leaving the old hairdresser, and from what you have said, I think the new one will do right by you
