Due to popular demand and traveling times, the meetup point is now going to be Canary Wharf station so we can spend the day where we would like. Please find the confirmed list below.

Date : 8th June
Meeting time : 11am to 12pm (at the latest)
Meeting Point : Canary Wharf Station
Planned Route : Wonder Canary Wharf if the Police not cotton on. Moving on to Greenwich Park and then towards the Thames Barrier

Hi everyone! I'll be in London this weekend. If you accept stangers ;-)a I'll try to come at least for part of your meet. I'm travelling with some non-photographers friend (yes, I know, what a stupid idea ) and I'll have to see if I can escape for a while...

Are you meeting at a given exit of the station or is there only one? (sorry, I don't know London that well...)

We accept nothing less!

And yes, there's only the one exit as neal has pointed out :)

that is a creative idea. the shoe mount supplied can screw onto a tripod and can fire them. i thought there is a limit as to how many. if we could fire them all off just imagine howcoco of a picture that you be.

everyone would be blinded but lowest power setting would do. both of mine are always with me so i don't mind giving it a go. are we now being childish about it? never!

we can shoot in manual and fire off using a combo of ebay triggers and builtin IR if the worst comes to the worst 8)

I have a Canadian accent, so I plan on claiming to be a tourist and not knowing the laws of your strange and foreign country :)

We should definitely have a pool for how many times we get approached and asked what the hell we're doing though!

I can get away with just speaking gujerati unless they decide to see some ID

So we will have to wait to see if everyone else is up for it

Yes, it seems difficult to miss... I'll come with a very light kit. 40D, 18-55 and nifty. I haven't found my ideal walk-around lens (yet)...

Yeah, I have that plus a 580EX. I could also throw in my old 300EZ.

You may have to help me carry some of my gear then. I'm having trouble deciding what to bring.

I'd accidentally grab hold of you as I fall and we would make an even bigger splash.
