Off to Biggin Hill myself shortly. Weather looking fine at the moment.

Is there some easy way of recognising fellow POTNers? Do you all wander around with one trouser leg rolled up or something like that? :D

Morning folks,

It's my birthday today (one year older, but certainly not one year wiser).

Anyway, still hoping to come along to the meet tomorrow (hangover permitting) :p

Thanks everyone!

On a totally different subject, is anyone here a member of PhotoCamel? I'd never heard of it until a fellow photographer at work starting talking about this "great online forum". I said "Oh you mean POTN", he looked puzzled etc etc...

ps The company where I work isn't photography related and small (16 people) but there are 2 x 400D, 2 x 40D, 1 x 5D and 1 x D200 owners

f***. not going to be able to make it lads.

Adsayers personal transportation device (car) has developed a fairly serious wobbly wheel problem... the entire rear need replacing so that's my day ruined.

to say I'm miffed is an understatement.

Ah not to worry Adam. Sorry to hear about your PTD  Mine was due for MOT but cost of servicing just made it pointless. So in the process of switching to a Clio. Insurance company have STILL not come back to me just yet.

Public transport does have its advantages but very few to pick from.

Big collection. Same with my workplace. On my campaign we have

2 x 350D
2 x 400D (one of which was my old one)
1 x 5D

Its just amazing how many people are lapping up DSLR's these days.

Click

I can pick up 2-3 in my car from St Albans Station (25 minutes from St Pancras International) if required. Date to be confirmed. £26. Strictly limited numbers 6-8.

I've just registered my interest on the thread too, just hoping it falls on my day off. I'll definately drive and could get 2-3 people in my Focus if they're on the way.
