LOL! Whoops. Wicked I should be able to make that one. Will see if anyone else wants to attend.

Sorry Mitesh if I gave the impression that I was organising a meet there - I was just saying that I'm going there to support and shoot my brother. He'd probably be a bit freaked at a load of guys with cameras walking around and stealing his fish-finger sandwiches...

LOL! I like to attend anyways since a few of my friends race. If he is uncomfy with a few photographers, I can go another day. No biggie. :)

Only an hours drive so not really a problem. I would like to go when some top fuel runners are there again. So much fun!

No top fuelers at this event, but that's something I'll definitely like to see sometime. Might have to see if we can get some time with Dom (Zilly) - he's a drag-expert...

I'll let you know closer to the date (I've not firmed anything up yet) and we'll see about meeting up...

Sounds good, looks like I will hire a 70-200 and a 1.4x soon :D

If I'm going on sun you can borrow my 70-200 if you want. I may need it for a few shots but will be mainly shooting with the 300.

Highlights:
8 hour flying display including...
USAF F-22A Raptor:cool:, Vulcan XH558 (tbc), 300 other aircraft including the Mig29, Hornet,Typhoon,B-52,B1, Hind and Apache Gunships, Chinook, Skytanker08, Red Arrows;Turkish Stars and 5 other display teams, RAF role demonstration, etc. etc. Vintage cars to coincide with 90thAnv., Robot Arena where fighting machines cause metal mahem, Russ Swift the stunt driver, Kitcar races, Stormtroopers and daleks and a giant Scalextric, RAF deployed operating base, Outdoor sunset concert.

Should be a good one:)

Does one *have* to pre-order tickets for things like RIAT and Farnborough?

Cheers :)

Just get one of these 3 options, the rest of the options aren't worth the extra, plus I think they're sold out anyway. I got the Sat or Sun ticket for 37.50 cos i didn't know when I was going, probably sunday. btw, pay at the gate is £45:eek:
