The sole reason i got it was that it gave you more length to get the smaller bugs, I found the 100mm was too short too often

Though the 180mm is quite a big lens, so it is harder to keep it steady hand held, now if that had IS on it, it would be the ultimate Macro Lens :(

Yep MaDProFF I agree - I had the 60mm macro - it was to short - now I find it more difficult to keep the 100mm steady. Win some - Loose some - as they say.

I recently bought the Novoflex bellows to play with - good fun - but needs a stable platform/tripod.

Thanks for your comments, just off the phone to the client who seems real nice but that wont stop me from giving him a contract to sign :lol:

Having some nice custom made business cards for the even and will go rent me the 24-70L for the night and possibly a 135L for the speeches.

Well, I managed 5,000 images on the 5 days I took my camera out, its gonna take me a while to get through them all.

:( Sundays are out for me. Any chance of a Tuesday or Wednesday?
