The 2014 Breeder's Cup @ Santa Anita Race Track... Beautiful, cloudy, and cool day... Sun came and went several times during the event... This was one of my favorite scenic captures during the day... I am waiting his answer, but i can guess that he was using a filter, the Exif saying the shutter speed is 63 sec ~ 1 minutes, if the people were keep walking then half minute or less can kill the people from the frame.

Oh there was plenty of people, the long exposure helped blur them out a little but I cloned them out of the photo. Hand a handful up near the steps, few on the lawn, and more to the left of the image.
