I think the shot is quite nice. Nicely composed and sharp, and the patterns and textures the windows on those buildings create are very nice. /Dan

Nice shot.
Probably exactly what the photographer saw. Good exposure.
A UV filter might have helped with the haze in the background;
or, a CPL might have helped with the sky.

The weather was not that good and yes no UV filter (how did you know?).
3 bracket shots merged in HDR.
