I know there are a number of members that get tired of the constant stream of what, to us, are silly questions. I commend all the members on their restraint and patience in answering these questions.

As a light aside, I thought everyone would get a kick out of this letter published in Popular Photography magazine--in January of 1941.

...Overheard in a camera shop:

Amateur Photographer: "Will you please recommend some paper other than the brand I am using, as it turns dark when I place it in the developer?"

Clerk: "All right, but first tell me something about the conditions of your darkroom."

Photographer: "What darkroom?"
