I'm about to get on COD4 in a couple mins. Nothing like shooting 12 year olds online to unwind from a days work. Who wants to join me?

Great, now the NSA are going to be monitoring this thread to figure out if we are terrorists plotting to blow up a school.

Just got back from a COD4 LAN game. Plenty of fun. 17 people playing and we worked through a good rotation of game types and maps. Played on a AWE mod server we had running with all weapons accessible just to balance the fact some folks had hit level 50+ and some had barely played.

I would, but my grandmother has pretty bad alzheimer's, and when I play, she asks me about each and every thing on the screen. "What's the meaning of that?" "What's he running from?" "What's the goal; what's he after?"

Oh, and you can forget talking with the headset. Her memory is about 5 seconds (literally), so I'll say "ok Gram, if I start talking for no reason, I'm just talking to the other guys I'm playing the game with" Then I talk, and she says "what? what do you mean? I don't know. Where's Mary? (my mom)".

Oh...it's not pretty. I just normally have to wait until she goes to bed to play anything. She thinks it's a movie.

hahaha... I got me err..my son a nice setup. I put a huge 52inch with surround sound in his room and one of them Gamer chairs. I shut the door and lose myself. If the wife yells for me, I usually can't hear it. She doesn't complain about my gaming addiction though. Says it's better than me out in bars. It's great to have a teenage son for an excuse.

My goal is level 55 by the end of tonight. Have to finish some math homework, watch the Packers vs Giants game, continue finishing math homework, then GAME ON!

Yeah, that's the thing, too. I've got the 360 hooked to my 57" Sony by HDMI. It hurts looking at it all day and just waiting to play it.

Lemme know when you're gonna play. If it's after 8 EST or so, then I'm up for it. Maybe we can start a little party. Again, I'm Ronald S Jr on live.

On a related note (somewhat), I found a lovely M4 today, and I'm looking for a red mil dot sight for it. The fella (place) I got it from has some, but I don't care for them. As long as it's under $150-200 say, I'm ok. Anyone have suggestions?
