As can the Flex. cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

I feel that the composition of my girlfriend and I could be better. We were in a bit of a rush. How do you feel about the lighting? An improvement? Still learning. All of your advice has been very helpful and well appreciated.

Over here, the first two look to be significantly underexposed. cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

Hmmm. I changed them. Sorry to be reposting the same pics but it really helps me to get some constructive criticism. I get the feeling sometimes that I am scared of over exposing. Just need to keep with the histogram and chug along.

You have serious talent. And ask around -- I never compliment anyone. The person in the pic is from Greys Anatomy.

Much better CO Mac. Experiment with your exposures to see at what point you no longer have a controlled highlight and then work within that limitation. Don't be afraid of overexposing. Just watch the highlights and check your histogram (make sure you understand what the histogram is telling you). If your LCD is bright and you're using that as a guide ( I don't recommend using it to check exposure) then perhaps change the brightness to more accurately reflect exposure. Robert

Very nice image. How many times did you have to do it before getting this shot? My Gear
