Good stuff, Mario... Watch your leveling, though... Vignetting on #1 could've been reduced a little bit... But that's just me... Keep'em coming!!!

- airbutchie :)

I'll try that. Thanks for the advice.:)

Is this gelled, or just a white balance problem? I like the shot, but the color cast bothers me.

I think the lens thro filter on daylight WB. The CTO gel yet to come...:o
(those samples card...waiting...)
This was another days before with tungsten WB but yellow gel light

Ok, I braved the mosquito swarms to get this quick shot tonight. Single strobe with a shoot through umbrella. Setup less than a minute. Grabbed a single shot before giving up to the demon spawn blood suckers!

580ex ii shot through 43" Westcott white umbrella, with a small window to the left to provide a little fill/cross lighting (which didn't work as well as I hoped).

C&C welcome!

Is it just me, or does that baby look grey-ish?
Asides from that, gorgeous baby and great lighting

Two light setup. One vivitar 285HV with a shoot through umbrella to light the room from the left and one 580 EX II with a set of SP system barndoors to highlight the model. Fortunately the Vivitar didn't fire and I ended up with this sweet jewel of a photo. I like happy accidents.

Nope, it's not you. The original doesn't have that tinge so I'm guessing it's the compresion. Thanks for compliment. Wasn't sure how it was going to come out when I took it. He's my nephew. ;)

Edit: Interesting, the one I posted to my website does have that greyish cast to it, never noticed it so I must have done something in post that added the greyish cast. Guess I shouldn't post process an image at 3 am. LOL Here's a b+w version.
