Single strobe about 45-degrees camera right with a foam board acting as a reflector to camera left, allowing the light to balance, somewhat.

That's friggin awesome, I assume that is in a cave or senote somewhere?
You need to give some background. And love that you flipped the picture, I knew something was "wrong" with it, I just didn't figure it out till tareq mentioned it.

I loved the symmetry and reflection of the image and decided to flip it because of that. I think it brings out the abstract nature of her reflection in that it looks close to perfect, but on close inspection there are flaws which draw the viewer to the bottom half of the image.
