My first time doing such thing, Did i miss anything? any area that i should improve or concentrate more while doing this kind of photoshop?

I like it. Good subject for this treatment... You could stand to make the B&W part a little more contrasty, but other than that, I think it's perfect.

i like this a lot. i like this type of work...i have never done this, and im not sure how to... i dont have any photoshop software anymore... :-(

Well, not just "darker", but maybe add some contrast, preferably with an s-curve or even simply by using the contrast slider. It will add depth to your shadows, making the darks darker and the lights lighter.

When going around the leaf use the pen tool. And I assume that was the natural color? It looks like OPACITY has been lessened on it? Make it more saturated maybe???
