I did a quick shoot for a buddy of mine stick from XL 106.7 who needed some promo shots for the radio station. Just walked round downtown and snapped off a few.

#1 is good but imho it makes him look like his stomach is bigger ( you might be able to lessen that with some PP though )

#2 Is my favoite of the set - nice shot

#3 Doesn't do any thing for me - I think its his expression.

Are those dust bunnies on #1?

Otherwise, nice shots. Number three would be my pick.

My preference is 1, 3, and finally 2.

I think the sky reflection really adds to 1.

Best,
Toby.

I like the colors and sharpness in #1.........#2 is more urban, and I like it as well.

you're a great friend, but if Zombies chase us, I am tripping you.

#1 has nice colors and light but I agree about the angle, it makes his bottom half look odd.
#2 is probably my favorite, I just think it looks a bit flat/dull. Run it through some levels, a touch of saturation to bring some life back into his face and bring those eyes out a bit with dodge tool (do you have a photo looking into the camera? I don't mind this one but thinking he's already looking pretty close to the direction of the camera, it would be nice to see him look into it as well?) and you should have a good image right there.
#3 isn't bad, I like the place and the lighting, but his expression could be better, esp something without a frown.

well if you do, don't forget their reflections in the window of the building... ;)

I like all the pics, but being honest, and you know I'm a huge fan of your work already... none of them make me think of this guy as being a DJ.

But photographically, these are all fantastic images.
