I'll throw in an egg toss to boot

All shots were taken with the 1DMkIIn and under some of the most uncompormising sunlight I've ever had. Very bright and shiny every where

OK, I'll give it a go. For bright sunlight I think you did a really good job of not blowing out any highlights. I personally avoid direct sunlight like the plague. They look pretty good to me.
