I received my shipping labels on Fri, 11th in the late evening. The camera was dropped off on Sun, 13th and today I received the fixed body with a one year warranty extension certificate. Quick turnaround and good service, kudos to Canon.

Folks: Remember that the people that work at Canon are people. They are people like you and I. They work 8 hours a day and work very hard at what they do. And yes, the Canon employees actually are allowed (by law and employee contract) to observe certain holidays. defordphoto | Celebrating the art of photography®

They say 10 to give themselves a cushion - but most are fixed in 3 to 5.
I'll start shooting weddings when they start holding them on Wednesdays!

Nobody knows. Even people at Canon don't really seem to have a handle on the entire process; those who do don't seem to be talking, at least in the US where most of this activity seems to be taking place. I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

It arrived last Thursday (17th at 0900 hrs) and has not been seen from since. They said they will send my information up to the supervisor level in the warehouse? But I need to give them a couple more days to try to find it? When I asked what happens if they can't find it, they said well...........it should be here somewhere. At least they lost it on their end and not with UPS. I will keep everyone posted, they are going to call me on Friday if they don't find it sooner. 1Dx, 1DsMK3, 1DMK3, 100L f2.8 Macro, 85L 1.2 II, 50 L 1.2,17-40L, 24-70L, 70-200 L f2.8 IS, 100-400 L[COLOR=black], 24-105 L
