I just plugged them in sunday. The trees are so tall that I leave them in year round. (to hard to get them out and back in. So I just run the extension cord up the tree and to the plug.

Ok so who is going to help me put up the christmas tree tonight?

Sorry - no go here. We're cutting down our tree on Saturday. Getting one tree upright and straight each year is enough. I'm afraid trying to make two trees stand straight would blow a gasket.

I have been working on outside lights. But I decided to take a break during the rain. Something about standing on top of a ladder in the rain playing with electricity didn't seem quite right.

The last two years I've been putting up lights in the snow. This year, I've still got time, so there's no need to press. Besides, there's talk of snow this weekend, too. :D

I have decided the time has come for me to give back to the community some benefit and utility I have received over the years.
So in my habitually modest way, I/ve started my payback endeavour with a couple of small threads on the lens forum.
