I bought some Ginko Biloba to help me with my memory.

If only I could remember to take it!

What was you rate? I was a Quartermaster in the Navy and still ended up on small boats... In Vietnam.

QUOTED IMAGE

GAAAA! John, stop it!! You and I have too much in common. I was a QM3 in the USCG, but there was no billet for us at the small boat stations. Either "Group" or larger floating units.

So Lonnie... how was the flash and softbox working out for ya on that landscape ;-)a

It wasn't even turned on... ;)

The flash is almost always mounted on my camera, but it's only turned on when I need it...

I have held Lisa's M3, with bracket, and flash and it was still lighter than your setup!

I actually picked up my third class crow while I was over there. Here's the whole gallery of my Vietnam pictures...

But, is it a Custom Bracket? Those suckers are heavy! That's what I carry...

Wow those are some neat shots for a history geek like me. I am still working my way through. What did you shoot those with? That NV scope is crazy. (Nice to see the Commanding Officer was committed to the job ;))

That's great stuff, John. I really enjoyed looking at it. Fascinating.

I wish I could look, but SmugMug isn't loading all the photos for me--- I have had the worst luck seeing SmugMug galleries... I sometimes wonder if their network and servers are oversubscribed...
