I still have the Mamiya, but I sold the Miranda to finance the Mamiya. The Mamiya 1000 DTL was one of the first cameras with a dual (spot and averaging) metering system. The 1000 represented the camera's 1/1000 max shutter speed. The NV scope was first generation. The current night vison scopes are tiny by comparison. John
