Yeah. I feel bad about him. He was one of those guys I loved to hate. He was extremely liberal, and he used to drive me wild with his ultra-left politics, but I liked him personally. When we lived up there, I listened to him regularly because I did share some of his views on the hypocritical nature of a lot of churches.

He had been a seminarian at one point in his life, and was particularly outspoken about sexual abuse by priests in the Catholic Church.

I sure hope there's more to the story.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

why is it when I wake up at 8:30 I'm not hungry until noon but if I wake up EARLY I'm starved?

and don't say 42!

The answer IS 42!

wonder why duck is not served over here....at least commonly....there are places in the larger cities that do but in all the small towns I've lived in, duck has never been on the menu.

We need to go to Portland -- you'll find them hanging in the windows in Chinatown.

The guy has one hell of a track record as far as community service goes...and there is a statement from his attorney about research on hypocrisy within the Catholic church regarding child porn and molestation...guess a jury will have to decide now.

Reading around this morning...it appears he is a guy you either love or hate...not a lot of middle ground!

Yesterday's trip to the coast was primarily a birding trip and secondarily a photo trip.

Consequently, there weren't many decent images taken by me.

Even though these are seagulls, I still liked these:

Question:

If you had to choose between a dual monitor setup with two 21 or 22" monitors or a single monitor setup with one 24" monitor. What would you choose ?

I would like a dual setup and in that case I only have room for 21 or 22" (and with 22" widescreen I am even strecthing the space I got on my desk). Two 24" would be out of the question. My desk is not big enough.

I would do two Dell 2007WFP 20.1" Widescreen monitors... they uses the IPS style panel which is better for photo editing....

I was listening to a talk-show host yesterday who said that he doesn't like his views and as a person he was mean - but he said his kids were wonderful and if this case is real he feels really sorry for his kids.

He hopes just for their sake that he is innocent. I guess a few years ago he was researching p0rn for a book or something a few years back and states that is where these allegations come from.

Crazy stuff....
