hey Wool, I wanted to tell you, I used to own one of those home medic seat things...I actually just gave it to daughter. I loved it BUT (regardless that I'm fat) I have a really tiny frame and because there was no way to adjust where the massage knobs went, it actually bruised the bones of my shoulder blades (by pushing them outwards/then when it couldn't, sliding over the tops of them). It's just not made for people my size but it was awesome on my lower back. I thought about keeping it just for that (and turning off the upper section...) but when I used it, invariably I couldn't help but turn the upper on (because it usually ached too)...then ended up finally going to the doc where they told me I was not being wise (go figure :lol
