free watermarking tool?

Is there a free watermarking tool out there? Something that can do a small batch of photos. I am looking for something to graphically watermark my photos before I post them to Flickr to share with friends.

Right now I am using the batch process in IrfanView to add a text overlay as a watermark to my images. I am hoping to find something that would allow me to do a graphical watermark in much the same way.

You can do a graphical watermark in irfanview I thought...

Canon 20D, Nikon D300 & assorted stuff...
