Ok, thanks, 24-105 it is!

Yes she is hiring the club out and they are fine with me taking pics. Thanks for the reply!

Any ideas on Noob settings?

I'm sure that it will different for a large sensor, but I shot most at 1/4-1/3" f4 ISO 800 with my 430ex on ETTL

Everyone has their own shooting style and techniques.

I bounce straight up with an abbc, others i've seen use a stofen, fong dong, and even straight forward flash.
From what I've seen so far in my experience. I'm the only one with an abbc.

True. I don't bother with diffusers at all. I just move the flash somewhere else.

They did it fully without permission, right? i.e. even though you got credit, they didn't ask?

Yeah, bust out that thing that knocks down doors and crack some skulls. I'll lend you my ASP baton.

First time bringing my camera to the club. All shots taken in a VIP room with nice bounce from the ceiling. Didn't get a chance to bring my camera to the DJ booth and main dancefloor as it was crowded and Ludacris performed that night.
Any C&C is appreciated. Thanks!

I ALWAYS get photo releases from models I shoot with, I think it'd help with these sorts of things....
but IDK how you could do it with a club.....
