It has just started to happen the last couple of months. Elbow and shoulder are getting really stiff towards the end of the night and next day. Any one have any recommendations on how to combat this? Way too much stuff:p

Any one have any recommendations on how to combat this? not so much arm pains, but I get button thumbing numbness syndrome in my right thumb, as my custom functions are set to have my AF on the AF lock button.. I only started getting it with the 5D2.. it was never a problem with my 30D.. any one else have this problem/ a solution (without reverting to standard half press) --Jason--

Like I said, my logic is that I'm really buying L just for the build. I run my gear hard and I probably would have gone through 3-4 Sigmas now as opposed to buying an L with the proper "armor".
