Very nice Stuart, love the first one. This time last year I was on my way to Oz - makes me miss it, sitting here now in the wet and cold!!! :D

Yes, the Aussie Kookaburra is the largest of the kingfisher family(not the most attractive, however) :lol:

I like the background in #1. Was that how it was shot?

It is pretty much as it was shot, just a little bit darker than the original raw file.
