Anyone else seeing burnt photos? I process on a weekly calibrated monitor and looks fine on my non-calibrated monitor at work.

hey, i go to a lot of HIN's on the east coast...i was wondering how i can take better shots like yours of the models. what shutter speeds and such do u use? im about to buy a slave flash also, so that should help out, right?

Yes flash is necessary. Use manual settings, at least 400 ISO, and practice, practice, practice at home using different settings and try to duplicate the distance you will be to your models with little light.

+1 the main thing is getting the settings right in basically pitch black. Those shows are horrible to shoot without a flash.

I don't think the OP used off-shoe, though. He mentioned he had a custom bracket with a bounce card... correct me if I'm wrong OP? :cool:
