I'm looking at buying a 50mm f1.8 soon (someone tells me to wait until christmas so..) I used my 100mm macro lens @ F/5.6 , 1/20th second exposure in Aperture Priority mode. The lighting was provided by a home made light bed box so all the light came from underneath only.
