Chris - Congrats on Canon and the 40D! I said 2 weeks which is 14days. So i was pretty close. So yay.

My internet is still playing up. But they are sending us a replacement router which will hopefully fix the unstable net. So blah blah who cares.

Kirst - Hope things pull through. Dont forget to find enjoyment out of the stuff you have to do. There is always some greatness in those activities.

How's the MK 3 going Wazza? waiting for mine to come back from canon, it's been their since the 7th November, doesn't feel like mine anymore, they have had it longer than me!

That's ridiculous again. Is it just to fix the simple AF focus issues?
Need to pester them everyday like Chris did.

After all the 1DIII is the full professional camera, unlike the 40D.
Canon themselves told me that last time, and laughed at people who use 20/30/40D series for pro work, like weddings and motorsports. Said they should only be using high quality 1D

But yeah, mine is going well. Never had any focusing issues, and never once had Error 99, unlike the 20D

canon can laugh all they want, as long as they keep charging $8000 for their top of the line cameras, ppl will use the semi-pro ones for pro work
