Fletting visit Dave. Be off again tommorow. I have to get back to the photography books.

Must learn....must learn.....must practise what I learn

Friday night at Whatipu

Stunning Tony. The second suffers a bit from "horizon in dead centre syndrome" But the first is awesome.

Well im back from my interview. It was actually with the recruitment agency. The boss of the office supplies company comes back to work on thursday. So she said she will try and get me an interview on friday.

Real exciting, the job is about creating advertising using photoshop and general marketing. So im hoping to use my own photography to market the company. And it also involves Previous website administration skills, which i dont have! so im kind of worried about that.

But she was happy with me, she said im definitely "marketable". Oh and i did these bloodie tests of the computer. Ive got no idea how to use excel lol! i warned her. 2/20. she said thats fine. My word skills are intermediate (sigh) you had to do the problems the way the program wants it. I was using shortcuts and it was telling me no!. meh.

My typing is very good though. umm so yeah it was great. But its so time consuming to have a massive interview with the agency to impress them. AAAND then i have to have another! interview with the company to impress them! jeez.

Welcome to the real word.

Welcome to the real word.

yeah tell me about it aye. Its a scary place out there. Thanks to my sales training at telstraclear I was able to bust out some huge lines. Here goes one.

"yah see, the way i think of marketing is that if you put in 100% you will receive 100% back."

or this one is a pearl.

"Now with Marketing I actually walk out of a shift with a smile, I feel good inside, light. Marketing definetly gives me that buzz, and i carry it along with me where ever I go"

Huge calls! good old sales pitching. lol!

have you had any training in graphic design? i would assume that is what is meant by 'creating advertising in photoshop' - not really as simple as taking some shots and putting text on them

web admin skills could either mean, operate an existing admin system, which can be learned by non web developers, or, be their web-development trained site admin person

its too far away to catch this flaming "taxi" there. Why not just go to the Auckland wharf... or dont boats go to the proposed island.
