I was in, till I realised I have to travel to warkworth (isn't it) to catch the water bus. I thought we were catching it here in Aucks. Would have been really keen!

Oh man you have to drive out to warkworth? well I can't come anyway I'll be out track testing for an event coming up :D

I can't believe you guys. Why is it, that any time the slightest bit of effort is required for an outing, we make excuses?

dont scare me SS. Yeah im not really sure. I mean the job says "marketing assistant with creative flair"... So yeah, ill reserve judgment.

Don't mean to sound pedantic but if you want a job that also involves some sort of writing (as I assume advertising would) I hope your grammer is better than it is on here?

Well im back from my interview. It was actually with the recruitment agency. The boss of the office supplies company comes back to work on thursday. So she said she will try and get me an interview on friday.

Real exciting, the job is about creating advertising using photoshop and general marketing. So im hoping to use my own photography to market the company. And it also involves Previous website administration skills, which i dont have! so im kind of worried about that.

But she was happy with me, she said im definitely "marketable". Oh and i did these bloodie tests of the computer. Ive got no idea how to use excel lol! i warned her. 2/20. she said thats fine. My word skills are intermediate (sigh) you had to do the problems the way the program wants it. I was using shortcuts and it was telling me no!. meh.

My typing is very good though. umm so yeah it was great. But its so time consuming to have a massive interview with the agency to impress them. AAAND then i have to have another! interview with the company to impress them! jeez.

Luck, Matt. Sounds like a Marketing Assistants job. If you get the right one, it can be a lot of fun :)
