they are. thanks to some sunflowers I have seen more of them this year than just bees.

I had used the 100 maco.

and I don't take photos of spiders. I hate the things, I would rather kill them than photograph them

:( wELL DONT KILL THEM, EVERY CREATURE HAS A RIGHT TO LIVE.. CEPT FLIES :|

I hate spiders too, but they are pretty amazing to watch through a macro lens! Plus without them we would have WAY too many flies and insects. They do a good job, plus its fun to throw them at girls LOL

Nah for for girls you want to use use cockroachs. I've had 1 run for simply suggesting it.
May have been for other reasons though

In my house, it's the males the run and hide from cockroaches and I have to clear them out
(PS - that doesn't mean my house isn't clean, we get big a$$ bush cockroaches on the Shore)

for now - that coating peels like a banana skin after a while... make the most of it while it lasts

Matt, don't let the canon only lens snobs ruin your new toy joy. I had the Sigma 10-20 for a couple of years. It is a great lens, and the coating looked as good the day I sold as the day I bought it. Enjoy it!

But no, it's no good on a 5D, which is why I don't have it anymore.

Vignetting?

Speaking of third party lenses anyone had any experience with Tamron ones?
