I would like some opinions on these please. What do you like and what don't you like. I just printed them off and was thinking of framing them. They are kind of like a few I posted before just a bit different.(same sunrise)

Thanks Dan

I like both of these; they are not your traditional sunrise photos. I think the second one is my favorite.

Critique and advice are always appreciated, even when it's brutally honest.

I like both.

There's an annoying ring around the brightest part of the sky in the second, probably due to post processing.

If you have the RAW you could restore the blown out parts of the sky, especially in the first.

Great shots. I like the second on a little better, but both will look great framed.

The sun is maybe too centered in the first shot? But the composition of number 2 I really like. And I like the almost sepia tone. It gives the images a timeless look.

I think both of them are nice, # 2 is my fav. If anything like stated above the first is a lil bit too centered and the blown out part could use a little work. Other than that nice shots, thanks for sharing.

i really like the composition and the colors of the second one. the foggyness of it is also pretty neat and not something you see in your typical sunrise photo.

I think that both are very nice, but one problem that I see in both is that there are areas that are brighter than the sun and that doesn't seem to quite fit right. Were you using a graduated ND filter by any chance?

Dan.....both are really awsome shots! I like both, would have a hard time picking a favourite since they are both that good. The mood and the composition are excellent! Nice job!

I'm totally drawn to the vertical and horizontal lines on the bottom of #1. Love it. #2 is gorgeous too :)
