During this time of year, I have my collection of Christmas songs playing when I am on POTN. What's everyone's favorite Christmas songs?

I can't get enough of Josh Groban's rendition of O Holy Night.

Yup! I am also going to say Josh Groban's O Holy Night...

I also like John Tesh's "Joy to the World" - all instrumental, but it gives it a new twist to it that I like.

Porky Pig- Blue Christmas

Around christmas time, I wear my ipod when I go in any stores, because the stupid music makes me sick. I can't think of a single "traditional" xmas song that I like. I mean really...how many times can you listen to the same 6 songs?

True, but I recently listened to Relient k. They have a good quasi-punk take on 12 Days of Christmas.

I feel the same way, although Joe Diffie's "Leroy The Redneck Reindeer" is a pretty funny one. Yeah, I'm a country music fan!

Gack! Imo, one of the worst and most overplayed Christmas songs. Sorry, I'll stick with the old traditional songs, sung by the traditional artists.

Josh Groban's new Christmas CD is a must, but I love his "Believe" from the movie "Polar Express" this time of year. My husband loves the Mariah Carey version of "All I want for Christmas is you" while my sons love the old versions of everything, including the Grinch.

Which CD has Josh Groban's O Holy Night on it?

I love his new Christmas CD, Silent Night and Little Drummer Boy are my favorites.

Fairytale of New York ... well I consider it a christmas carol.
Haven't heard Josh's version but I think Mariah's rocks!

I'm just doing up a CD for a work "Secret Santa" (Pull a name out of a hat and make something for that person).

I've included O Holy Night, Christmas Song (Chestnutts Roasting...), Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, Let It Snow, Winter Wonderland, Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, and of course - Silent Night...just a very few of my favourites. Good thread btw...will check back in a bit for some more ideas ;)

I'm a big fan of the "Home Alone" soundtrack....it's really good :)

Also, "Santa Baby" by Britney Spears is pretty hot....I mean festive.
