Kind of an overcast day but I think that the white sky makes it. Thanks for looking. :)

Good shot. And it looks like somewhat normal nesting material. Osprey seem notorious for gathering oddball stuff for their nests. I watched a nesting pair and their two young this past Spring/Summer at Sandy Hook (NJ). Their nest had more fishing line than most of my reels!:)
