Here's a shot I took earlier this year. Just re-found it tonight. I kinda liked it but the white at the very top of his head just seemed a little too hot to me. Anyway I hope you like it and thanks for looking.

Dec 10, 2007 14:53 | #12 The whites are a little hot like you said, but you needed to get the details in the darker feathers so not much you could have done exposure-wise. That's the challenge with high-contrast subjects like eagles. Possibly to a little burn on some of those white areas, might bring out some of the detail. Nice to see all the green - here in MN everything is so monochrome this time of year! -Liz
