Interesting choice in settings.

Well Done.

Just a few Ideas to try next time.

Shoot with low ISO so you keep the noise to minimum and keep as many details as possible.

I use AV (aperture Priority) f/8 to f/10 and meter for the relevant part of the scene, this will give me at least a 15-30 second exposure, if that is not enough I use bulb mode and keep my finger pressed on the shutter for 1 to 2 minutes, I can't handle any more than that

I know it isn't the correct way to do it, the correct way would be to use a shutter release cable which I don't have

Here are some settings I used.

I would prefer to shoot at ISO 160 if possible to have less noise ( if I had a cable it would be possible)
1. EXIF Summary: 53s f/8.0 ISO400 10mm

2. EXIF Summary: 30s f/7.1 ISO400 25mm

I think thereis a little too much light in it.

Not exactly sure what setting would work best but maybe try something like using the AV mode and set it for F8, that will give you a shutter speed. Set ISO to 200 and see what you come up with. They're just rough ideas. I'm sure you could fine tune them for best results.
