Ok, Saturday I took pics at a high school wrestling match. Below is one of the ones I like best. I think it shows how hard these guys are working and pushing. What do you guys think? (Yes, Tiff, I asked for CC)

The sharpness and clarity are great. These guys are giving there all. Would like to see the rest of there bodies in the frame though.

Ouch, I do not see how that could be fun.

Shot looks good though, the only part I do not like is the hand, and it would have been nicer to get their whole bodies.

I agree. I really like the nice shallow DOF and you nailed the exposure.

On another note, hubby wants Aidan to do this someday and I really don't. It looks painful.

Never did understand wrestling. Had to participate in gym in H.S., just not for everyone.

Thanks for the comments. I have many more with the bodies. The emotion and effort they are putting into it are what I like about this photo.

I wrestled all through high school and I loved it. It was very difficult and helped build confidence and kept me out of trouble (well, kinda anyway). I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Well, my hubby did it just because he weighed less than a hundred pounds when he graduated so there were really no other sports he could do. I just don't like how they push people to make weight. I hated watching kids spit in water bottles or wear tons of clothes so that they would sweat off the weight. Plus, all the dieting. Hubby's cousin actually got himself so dehydrated trying to make weight that he didn't pee for 2 days. That's the stuff that worries me the most.
