But does it have a good amount of space in back and a fairly large trunk? When you have kids you're going to end up wanting a bigger car or a van (to carry all their stuff and to protect them). I've seen what happens when an older F350 with king cab and snowplow attachment slams into the back of a stopped Acura 4dr. The trunk just about became flush against the back seat and the rear window shattered, showering bits of glass all the way to the front windshield. Luckily the kid in the backseat wasn't seriously hurt but they all suffered whiplash. I've never been a fan of tiny cars (even though I want a Subaru) but I also don't like big cars like my family's Licoln Towncar. Biggest thing I can say is check the safetly ratings and try to get a mid-large sized car.
But it's not even halfway through the week yet, change the colors at the end of the week.
I don't like that one very much
The safety ratings are actually very good on these new civics, they have 8 airbags, and many other very good features. I used to sell carseats (baby ones) and so I know a lot and I mean a lot about child passenger safety, there is only one or two carseat brands that I would ever put my children in, and some that I would never even think about. (Costco, some evenflo, etc) I actually created a training book for my old work to train the new people on child passenger safety. My coworkers and family have learned never to get me started talking about child seats, or they are stuck for about an hour (or more
But St. Parick's Day is over, so it is time for a change, and Easter is on Sunday.
