As 2007 closes and we await the joys of 2008, the questions that are burning our minds like , what will tony buy next ? will canon nz ever get sorted ? what new gear will Santa bring us ? etc. I would like you to ponder a year of taking pictures.. ( well after all thats why we are all here) - Lets post our favorite 3 shots of 2007.

So start rummaging through your hard drives and lets see what the Kiwis can do with the many thousands of dollars worth of camera gear we have....

Chris...

those are excellent to Ikirst! :) Love the middle one! awsome colours! and that velvety water, nice mood :) kinda like a place I picture my self going for my honeymoon.

Here's a photo I took a few days ago :P Kinda liked how it turned out :) not the best, but... my fave flower shot so far.

My fave of our little gurl :) she's smilling on this one, hehehehe... hard to get a shot of her smiling to the camera.

Cant count. (tehe)

All three of these photos are from the tips of GKPE. E.g. Less is more, getting closer, exposure, composition its endless. So thanks GKPE :) i am extremely glad i got invited to there forum and im grateful they have put up with me :p but they truly are a great bunch of kiwis. Excellent people.

The depressing thing is that I haven't taken 1 landscape I am proud of all year....:(

I'm fairly much a beginner at this, so may not be up to others standards.
These are probably not my best, but are my favourites.

Good call Chris. Let's see if I can scratch up a diverse mix from this year...

Well from January it has to be one of the comet shots:

And then maybe this sunset:

IMAGE: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2028/2111644493_4797530494_o.jpg
IMAGE LINK: http://www.flickr.com …olourandlight/2111644493/ (external link)

And to finish up I like this one of a Kotuku too:

IMAGE LINK: http://www.colourandlight.co.nz/galleries/kotuku/index.html (external link)

Oh, one more - since what I shot most of was sport of some kind (be it motorised or otherwise), I'd better include one of those:

(like John, I can't count to three.... ;))
