ACTION SETTING HELP

Is there a way to apply an action command to a single picture without having to go through the File Batch command and apply the command to a whole directory of pictures? If anyone could help answer this it would be greatly appreciated. I am using Photoshop CS.

You sure can ....

I've got PS 7, but I'm hoping that PSCS works about the same.
Open up your photo .... find your action in the actions palette list and click on it to highlight it .... the hit the "play" button that's along the bottom of the actions palette (it looks like a "play" button on a CD player or DVD player).

That will execute that action for the image that's "active" in PS.
