Well i just got my new lens yesterday, the Canon EFS 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM and thought i would give it a quick try, have to start doing some decent macro shots. But after viewing the pics here, well makes mine look bad.

anyway what do you guys think? found the poor thing out on our cold house wall, put him back afterwards though

Look pretty good - esp like #2 - caterpillars aren't the easiest things to focus on :)

looks good to me too. not sure about the second one with the branch on the bottom right though. could you have crop that out.

@Bill that is a part of the leaf it was on, was a long shot along the length of the leaf.
