They specifically say that it can't open the 20D RAW files (the .cr2 format).

I have contacted tech support concerning this and received the reply that they never mention what might be included in future upgrades to the product, so they can't comment on whether or not that format will be supported.

But the Canon utility that comes with the 20D will open them and allow you to save to a different format, one that you can open in PSP.
