Hello. Any help at all will be appreciated. Recently having reroofed my home, I noticed roofer taking photos of the interior of my home from the outside through a window. Is this legal? I live in Alaska. Thank you.

One thing a lot of people on here seem to believe is they have a right to photograph anything they wish. Well that simply isn't true. People have a right for themselves and their property not to be photographed. It is called a right to privacy. On shooting sports...If you see it happen then you didn't get it.
