I tried to install Adobe Type Manager...

It will not install.. it says it is allready running?

Then I read up.. it seems that ATM is not needed in Win2K or XP as the post script driver is installed in the OS (yet another thing MS should be sued for) ...

So how the heck do I install Post script fonts? When I try to drop them in my font folder.. explorer crashes and they don't "paste" into the folder.. (least not that I can see)

So.. supposedly the Post script driver has been installed on my XP machine from day one and yet I don't have a single functional PS font?

Anyone know anything abuot this?

Yes, we know about fonts.

First question: Do you have a Postscript printer installed?

However.. I seem to be sorted..

the Type manager that comes with Corel Draw 8 (Font Navigator) handles PS and Type 1 fonts as well as True type... by installing that andy little tool I was able to re-install my favorite PS font.. it is now working fine in Word...

Thanks though.
