Just a few shots taken quickly on a little tour round the peninsula we now live on in Wellington. Yes, I do feel a bit smug about where we now live. :p

You have every right to feel a little smug! Is it possible to take a bad picture in NZ? Every picture or documentary I've seen makes me very envious. Yours are no exception. I like the boat in #1 but I love #3 the most.

3 & 4 are awesome, the rest are good too :) I hope you get a couple printed big, 30-50", and mounted for the wall. "Images" in Lower Hutt block mount photos, about $50 for a 20x30" I think. PM me if you want contact details for them, but they're in Queens Arcade and you can find them in the phone book :)

Great photo's Dave. I'd be quite happy to be there too.

Tim mentioned getting a big print size. I just wanted to ask about that (sorry, didnt mean to hijack the thread). I looked on a printing site today and they say that "Recommended min pixels" of 2398 x 3602 is required for printing a pic of 8 x 12". All of my shots are 3888 x 2500 (400D at max size). Would I still be able to print big at that amount of pixels?

Cheers..........Mick.

Have a read of my printing and enlargement FAQ, link in my sig :) I've done 50" prints that look great... I have one behind me right now, it's quite amazing.
