Hawk/ falcon ID please

I was down at the channel by my house this morning for the low tide, saw the usual GBH, LBH, egrets and others....but then all of a sudden this guy flew by, and i mean it was going FAST!

i know its not the best picture but hopefully someone can get an ID, i have never seen anything like this before, only used to seeing RTH and coopers hawks...

Sure is a Peregring Falcon! And they are year-round resdients along most of the California coast.
