I have no idea where to post this, so I'll post it here.

I'm doing up a sample of a portrait album that I'm going to be including in my packages. It's a 7x7 Asuka hard cover, 30 pages all together. The photos are actually from my first paying customers a little under a year ago (and what a year it's been!).

Anyway, here's the link, critique away!

PS. The last two pages are most likely going to get reworked in the morning, but I'm running on little sleep and less food at this point and need to go to bed!

PPS. and the hard to read text on the back cover is a dictionary definition of 'family'

Very cool idea and nice layout, what program did you use to make the layout? Photoshop or InDesign?

I use photoshop for anything I'm going to be printing on a photo printer or in RGB in general. I do use InDesign for press, laser or other CMYK printing though.

I uploaded a new version, the pages have been moved around a little and some more quotes added. Let me know what you think of the changes I have made and the changes I should make (there's still one spread that's bugging me...).

Nice...very simple and cleanlined and scary how much alike it looks like the pages I've been working on for a family book myself (I was gonna have it printed this year, but will end up doing it for next year with a new family member being added in May, figured my ILs would fuss that the new baby wasn't in it so better wait and have the entire family in there, plus get some more shots to add to the book?).
Well done!

My gear list finally got too long to list under my sig.

"I hate cameras. They are so much more sure than I am about everything."
