Nice shot. I like the connection between one of the passengers and his surroundings. Was that intentional?

Apparently you can get told off for taking photos on the underground!

Real. Life. Nice shot!

...But still the clever north wind was not satisfied. It spoke to her of towns yet to be visited, friends yet to be discovered...

Cheers Mike! If you mean the pictures looking down on the wall, that I noticed just during the post-processing, but was one reason for selecting this picture. Also all the facial expressions were candid.

From the angle you can conclude that I was shooting while keeping the camera on my lap. Luckily nobody noticed it - or just didn't care.

Excellent Olli! I recognize the angle ;) I like the grainy look, makes it look timeless.

Thanks Pio. I added some film grain during processing to get the effect I liked.

Thanks Roger. I would now rename this thread to "Five faces": the more I look this the more value those two guys hanging on the ceiling are bringing. ;)

I'm poor in planning my pictures in advance. I'm just a happy snapper, who afterwards makes an attempt to 'see' something in those.

Great shot.

I recently did a body of work like this in the NYC subway system.

You may want to look at the work of David Crawford. He has done some amazing work over the last couple of years, mainly stop motion stuff, but train /station related.

I've found this guy very inspirational for some of my work.
